Q: What happens to all the green waste, timber, branches and other debris?

We hold a valid permit for green waste transport and ensure all waste is disposed of responsibly. Most of the waste from our tree surgery operations is recycled, with any remaining green waste sent to power stations for biomass use. You're welcome to keep materials like woodchips or logs if you'd like. Just let us know beforehand so we can factor it into the quote. Get in touch today if you have any queries.

Q: Do you need access to my house, for instance, for power?

At West London Tree Surgeons, we respect your privacy. If there's an easy way to clear logs, branches and other debris from your property, like side access, we won't need to enter your home. Its important to mention, all our equipment runs on either diesel, petrol or cordless batteries, so electricity isn't required.

Q: How soon can work begin after I accept the quote?

We strive to arrange work as quickly as possible, but there may be delays during busy periods or due to factors beyond our control. From October to February, we experience high demand, and poor weather can cause setbacks. Getting permission for work on protected trees or those in conservation areas can take up to 8 weeks.
